Luis and Emerson saved our house! The previous owners brushed latex paint directly over the original oil paint on all cabinets, wainscoting, crown moldings, window casings, and trim. Needless to say, it didn’t work… You could peel the latex off with your fingernail! E&L stripped every inch of latex by hand, prepped the surface properly and sprayed 3 coats of the correct paint. The paint is perfect now! Completely smooth and flawless. The transformation was unbelievable!

Emerson and Lois did an excellent job transforming the exterior of our house into a real beauty. They took their time prepping the house with pressure washing and coucing all windows are doors of the house. They did two coats of the house paint and all the trim. They also painting our two out buildings. We have received many positive compliments from the neighbors who said they will definitely use them. Their professionalism, quality of work, and fair pricing made it easy choice for us.

They were excellent. Very high quality job. They knew the right kind of paint for the cedar wood on my home. I had neighbors who asked who painted my home after they were done. The owners as well as the painters were very professional and very friendly. I am going to hire them to do some interior work during winter.

Louis and Emerson (the owners) were personally involved with our project. The did a very thorough job of walking with my wife and I through the house to add specific details to the scope of our project. They listened and wrote a detailed bid. We added to it so it was clear and they worked with us. They also told us how some previous mistakes were made on a repair to our house they did not do. I felt more educated as a result of them taking the time to explain our choices. Their crew was tenured, respectful, kind, and hardworking. They did an excellent job of addressing our concerns and making the project look absolutely terrific. Louis and Emerson inspected at the end and did further touch ups and another coat of paint where they believed there should be without us prompting them or requesting it to be done. “E&L Painting Hired by Avondale Custom Homes just completed a significant painting project in my kitchen and bar. They painted a hutch,desk and cabinets above the island, all drawers and cabinets in the kitchen as well as walls and ceiling. They took all the drawers and cabinets to their shop to spay them there, all permanent pieces were sprayed in the house. I am very picky but was overjoyed at the great job they did. Seriously, the final product by E&L far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Each day one of the owners walked me through the progress from the day beforehand.
